Two different things live here

The catalogue is built entirely from what people type into our two forms. Nobody appears in it without submitting one.

The agency map is different and we would rather say so plainly: it is a list of companies compiled from public sources: search results, their own websites, public business listings. Nobody on it asked to be there. It holds company facts only: name, city, website, and the services each company publishes about itself. No contact details, no individuals, no personal-name businesses, and nothing copied from their own copy.

What the forms collect

For a listing: your name or company name, city, services, industries, experience, working formats, budget range, languages, links to your work, and an email address. For a brief: your company, the task, budget, timing and a contact of your choosing.

What gets published

The fields marked as public in the form, and nothing else. Your email address is never published. Your budget range is published only if you tick the box that says so. If you are unsure what a field does, the form says next to each one whether it appears on the site or is only used for matching.

Why we keep it

To publish your listing, to route relevant briefs to you, and to send the one email a quarter that asks whether you are still taking projects. That is the entire list. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there is no tracking pixel on this site.

The map exists so the catalogue has somewhere to start and so a business searching today finds something useful. Our basis for it is legitimate interest in publishing factual information about companies operating in a market. That basis stops the moment a company objects, which is why the next paragraph matters more than this one.

Getting off the map

Write to us and your entry is gone the same day. No reason needed, nothing to justify, and we will not ask you to reconsider. If something on it is wrong, claiming the entry corrects it and turns it into a real profile. Removal is always available instead, and it is not the lesser option.

How long

A published listing stays until you ask us to remove it, or until two consecutive quarterly check-ins go unanswered — at which point it is archived and stops being shown. Briefs expire on the date you set and are removed from the site after that.

Where it lives

Form responses are stored in Notion, and the published fields are copied into this site when it is rebuilt. Analytics, if enabled, are cookie-free and aggregate — no individual visitor is identified and nothing is shared with third parties for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Reply to any email from us and we will do it — in practice within a couple of days. You do not need to give a reason, and nothing happens to your standing in the community either way.
