Two forms,
one registry

One of these is probably you. Both take less time than writing the message you were going to post in the chat.

For specialists & agencies

Add your card

Five minutes, twenty-one fields, and you are in the catalogue and in the routing for every brief that comes in. Free, and it stays free.

  • · One working link to your work is the only hard requirement
  • · Published within two days after a quick review
  • · One email a quarter: still taking projects? One click answers it

For businesses

Post a brief

Two minutes. We format it, send it to the people who match on service, budget and language, and publish it to the community chat the same day.

  • · No account, no fee, no sales call
  • · Replies come to you directly from the specialists
  • · Briefs expire on a date you set, so nothing goes stale

What happens next

Submitting a form should not feel like posting into a void. Here is the whole sequence on both sides, with the real timings, including the parts that are slow.

If you sent a card
Straight away

A confirmation email

It contains your private edit link. Save it: it is how you change anything later, and we cannot show it to you twice without you asking.

Within two days

A human reads it

We check the links open and the description is readable. If something blocks publication we write and say exactly what — never silence.

When the catalogue opens (20 cards)

Your page goes live

The catalogue is at 0 of 20 cards. Everything before this point already works. The last step is waiting on volume, not on us.

Every quarter

One email, one click

“Still taking projects?” Answering keeps your listing near the top. Two missed check-ins and it moves to the archive, which is what stops this becoming a graveyard.

If you sent a brief
Straight away

A copy of what you wrote

Formatted the way it will be published, so you can see what specialists will see before it goes anywhere.

Same day

It reaches people

Posted to the community chat and sent directly to whoever matches on service, budget and language. No auction, no lead fee, no middleman in the conversation.

Days one to three

They contact you directly

Replies go to the contact you gave us, not through us. If nothing arrives in three days, tell us. Usually the budget or the scope needs one adjustment.

On your expiry date

It disappears

Briefs expire on the date you set. Nothing lingers, and nobody contacts you about a project you filled two months ago.

Managing your listing

Everything below works by replying to any email we have sent you. There is no account and no password, deliberately: one more login is not what anyone needs.

Changing something Open the edit link from your confirmation email. Edits appear on the site at the next rebuild, usually within a day. Lost the link? Reply to any of our emails and we resend it.
Going quiet for a while Set availability to Not available. The listing stays up, the green dot goes out, and briefs stop being routed to you until you switch it back. Better than deleting and re-adding.
Leaving entirely Ask, and it is archived the same day. No reason needed, and nothing changes about your standing in the community. Archiving keeps your data so you can come back; ask for deletion if you want it gone for good.
What a brief looks like when it arrives A short email: company, task, budget range, timing, languages, and the client's own contact. You reply to them directly. We are not in the thread and we take nothing from the deal.
Why we ask every quarter Because a directory full of people who stopped taking work is worse than no directory. One click keeps yours accurate; ignoring two in a row archives it quietly.
What it costs Nothing, and that is not a launch promise. A basic listing is free permanently and results are never ordered by payment. If paid options appear they will be extra placements, never the listing itself.

Anything the page above does not answer is a question for the chat, where the people running this actually are.
